We encourage you to apply as early as possible and not wait until the application deadline.

Once you have submitted your application, you will receive an email confirming that it has been received by the Admissions Office, along with your student reference number. A student reference number is assigned to all applicants, but please note that it does not indicate acceptance into a program.
If you have your documents available, we recommend uploading scanned copies as part of your application. For more information on how to provide documentary evidence, please refer to the guidelines.
If you do not have all your documents available, or if you are awaiting an examination or its results, we recommend that you submit your application anyway. We can often begin processing your application without all the required evidence, but please note that a final decision cannot be made until all necessary documentation is received.
After submitting your application, you can email scanned copies of your documents to info@luminauniversity.com.ng. Please be sure to include your name and student reference number in the email. Your referees can also send a scanned copy of their signed reference letter to the same email address.
If you are unable to upload or email your documents, you can request that your awarding or examining authority send confirmation of your results via email to info@luminauniversity.com.ng
If none of the options listed are available to you, please contact the Admissions Office for further guidance via contact us page.
You must provide evidence of your full name and date of birth as stated in your application. This can be a scanned copy or photocopy of your birth certificate, passport, or national identification card (ID). If your name has changed from the one listed on these documents or certificates, you must submit official evidence of the change, such as a scanned copy or photocopy of your marriage certificate or statutory declaration.

A scanned copy of your certificate or evidence of English language proficiency to support the information provided on your application form.

If you wish for your application to be considered based on relevant work experience, we will require at least one reference from your employer to support your application. This can be from either your current or previous employer.
Alternatively, if this is not feasible, we can provide guidance on other options, such as a reference from a client.
You should also provide an updated curriculum vitae.
Please note: It is your responsibility to obtain all necessary documentation to support your application. The University cannot handle this on your behalf. This includes any translations of documents you may need to submit.
If your application is successful, you will receive an offer to complete your registration for that session.
If you do not accept this offer within the given session, the link to complete your registration will expire. However, this does not mean your offer has expired. If you wish to register for a subsequent session, we will need to reset your registration link.
The validity of the offer depends on the number of intakes available for your program.
If you do not register for the session in which your offer was initially issued, please contact us for a renewed offer, as long as it is still valid. There is no need to submit a new application.
If your offer has expired or if you wish to be considered for a different program, you should submit a new application.
