Invitations to the graduation ceremonies will be sent to all eligible attendees. Although you may have completed your assessments, invitations will only be issued once your award has been approved and ratified by the exam boards.

We highly recommend that you wait to book any travel or accommodation until you have received your invitation and completed the registration process.

Key points to remember when you get your invitation:

• Purchase your tickets online.
• Reserve your official gown (and photography, if desired) – a gown is required for graduation.
• The general invitation letter should not be used to support your admission, as authorities may inquire about both your visa application and your booking.
• If you require a support letter, you can request it through the online ticket booking system once you have received your invitation. Support letters will only be issued after we have received full payment for tickets.
• Please ensure that the names of your guests for the support letter are accurate when making your request.
• The University can only issue support letters and respond to official agency inquiries regarding the event – we are unable to intervene in individual cases.
• The graduation ceremony may be webcast, and photographs will be taken on the day. By default, we assume all students consent to the University and affiliated bodies webcasting the event and using photographs taken on the day for publications and social media, unless we receive written notice otherwise prior to the event.
