    • The Board of Trustees, as the University’s governing body, is responsible for overseeing its assets and resources, ensuring they are effectively managed, controlled, and utilized to support the University's mission.

    The primary responsibilities of the Board of Trustees are set out to reflect the good practice expectations set out in the Committee of University Chairs Code of Governance.
