You can obtain a copy of your award from Lumina Open University for official verification purposes, including job applications, further education, visa processing, or legal requirements.
If you require a copy or confirmation of your award,Lumina Open University offers the following services.
You must provide one request per document type required.
The complete academic record of your studies, authenticated with an official university signature and seal.
It includes details of the courses taken, along with numerical marks or alphabetical grades for each.
All examination attempts—whether passed, failed, or referred—will be recorded. Where available, registration dates, classification, and award dates will also be indicated.
Confirms your award.
In our experience, these are acceptable as proof of your degree for employment and visa purposes.
The document will hold the signature of the Director of Students Services of the University of London Worldwide and their embossed Seal.
Each student is issued only one degree certificate, and we do not keep copies. Therefore, you will need to email a scanned copy of your certificate along with the unique order number provided upon completing the application form, which will be sent to you via email.
We can issue a certified copy of the syllabus you completed during your studies.
It will contain the relevant pages of the regulations that were in effect when you sat for each examination.
We can only reissue certificates originally granted by Lumina Open University.
If your certificate was issued within the past ten years, please contact your institution directly for a replacement.

After submission, you will receive an email with a unique order number.
Please include this order number in all communications with the Transcripts or Diploma Production Office.
For online payments, visit the Payment Portal. Select the product you have requested and note your 6-digit online payment number. Choose either Certificate or Transcript and enter the payment number on the form.
If paying by Cheque or Bankers Draft, complete the form and send it along with your payment to:
